Emotional Symptoms of Depression may include:
1.) Feeling sad, empty, hopeless, or numb.
2.) Loss of interest in things you used to enjoy.
3.) Irritability or anxiety.
4.) Trouble making decisions.
5.) Feeling guilty or worthless.
6.) Thoughts of death and suicide.
Physical Symptoms of Depression may include:
1.) Headaches.
2.) Back pain.
3.) Muscle aches and joint pain.
4.) Chest pains.
5.) Digestive problems.
6.) Exhaustion and fatigue.
7.) Sleeping problems.
8.) Change in appetite or weight.
9.) Dizziness or lightheadedness.

Depression is the very dangerous for human health because depression can effect directly or indirectly our mental and physical health. The main and the major causes of depression are lack of peace, financial problems and the death of the loved one . Exercise is the best way to keep yourself away from depression.
