I was curious how many people regularly use online communities and support groups to deal with issues like anxiety? I've been doing this (posting on health sites) for a couple of years now. I've found it a valuable tool. A helpful pressure valve to drain away a little of that stress with posting. Each response I get makes me feel a little less isolated, and it helps immeasurably to know that I am not alone in my fears. As irrational as they often seem to others, those in forums like these can truly understand. While this certainly is no substitute for medical treatment, I hope you find some comfort here. Olivia
